It seems E-mails from ExpertVoice have been blocked in Outlook by the Forest Service since about April 2017.
To continue receiving the E-mails, First do a search and find an old E-mail from ExpertVoice.
Then “right click” on one of the E-mails to get the menu as shown below. Go to “Junk” and then “Never Block Sender”
You will get this message. Press “OK”
Alternatively, to add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:
- On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
- On the Safe Senders tab, click Add and type in the ExpertVoice Email address.
