When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification that should include your order tracking number. Additionally, a post will appear in your order history including your order information and the tracking number.
To view your order history, sign in at www.Experticity.com. Click on the Your Profile icon on the upper right side of the screen, and go to Orders. Your orders will now populate, the tracking number will appear on the right of the photo of the item or items that you ordered.
In the event that there is no tracking number posting in the shipping notification or your order history, please contact our Expert Support team so we can request tracking information from the manufacturer for your order.
